  • The Uncompromising Path
    Dec 10 2025

Friend, if nothing changes, you come up short.

Each moment of your life—something cosmically scarce—passes You by.
You act as if there will always be another. As if Time is generous.

You wear masks. Masks you mistake for Your Face.
You parrot the opinions of others—others who would betray you the moment You cost them.

You do this—and still, you wonder why your life doesn’t sate.

    You crave Life.
    You crave Authenticity.

    And Authenticity demands Self-Knowledge.

    The Authentic Man is rare.
    Many claim Self-Knowledge.
But pay attention to their dissonance & contradiction.

    Self-Knowledge requires Stillness
And Stillness can only be found with the inquisition & purging of the external and internal.

So friend, you must undergo a Voluntary Descent.
    Culminating in Your Sovereign Ascent.
And then, most importantly, You must Return to the Marketplace.

    This is the Uncompromising Path.

    Distraction is Addiction.
    Physical.
    Psychological.
    Spiritual.

At the core of Addiction is Misunderstanding.
We try to find a refuge in a prison.

“Which distractions must I cull?” you ask.

    All of them.
    This is the Uncompromising Path.

Try to cut but one. And notice that what is left swells to fill the void.
Try to cut all but one. And notice that what is left swells to fill the void.
    The nature of Distraction.

“But The Culling is Ruthless” you say. “It is not a Gentle Refinement.”
Yes, there is Pain on the Uncompromising Path.
And there is Pain on all paths.

“How to cut addiction?” You ask.
    How to do anything. Doing.

    You expect a step-by-step guide?
We are too complicated for that.

    “I have failed” you say.
    Yes, Progress is not linear.
    We are but men.

    So you will fail.
    But you will continue.
Because You are on the Uncompromising Path.

End only once no Distraction is left.
And there the true path begins.

  • Cooking is Financial Suicide
    Dec 9 2025

Think cooking at home is saving you money? Think again. In this episode, I break down the "napkin math" on the true cost of groceries, prep time, and gas. I reveal why spending 35 hours a month in the kitchen values your time at less than minimum wage. Plus, we share the "Chipotle Protocol"—a specific ordering hack to get 2,200 calories and 100g of protein delivered daily for under $20, freeing up your time to build a business or learn high-value skills.

  • The Attachment Style Litmus Test: Cats vs. Dogs
    Dec 4 2025

When a date asks if you are a "dog person" or a "cat person," they aren't making small talk. They are subconsciously telling you how they view love, control, and dependency.

  • The Riptide Protocol
    Dec 3 2025

"We have two lives, and the second begins when we realize we only have one."

At 28, I swam out to save a friend and found myself in a riptide. For 30 minutes, I fought the ocean with my ego. I believed mastery was about forcing my will upon the world. The ocean taught me otherwise.

This is the story of the 40 minutes that killed the boy and birthed the man. The lesson is simple: Reality does not negotiate. You either learn to yield, or you drown.

  • Stalactite Marimbas & Liability Audits
    Nov 30 2025

She had a tattoo on her arm that read "No Regrets." Ironically, it was the only tattoo she wanted to remove.

I recently ended a relationship with a 24-year-old Eastern European model. On paper, it was a dream. In reality, it was a case study in poor judgment. From swimming toward sharks in open water to playing "marimbas" on stalactites in a pitch-black cave with a dying phone, her life was a series of uncalculated risks.

This is a breakdown of that chaos, and an argument for why we must apply business logic to our personal lives. In business, a bad asset is liquidated. In dating, we tend to subsidize the liability.

It’s time to stop negotiating with bad investments.
