Marsha Oldenburger shares her experience of extreme burnout while working in education and raising a family, followed by life-altering seizures that forced her to stop and reevaluate everything. Facing the reality that continuing down the same path could cost her life, she began listening differently to her body, her faith, and her inner knowing.
Through nervous system healing, therapy, spiritual practices, and a return to movement, Marsha found her way back to alignment and peace. Becky and Marsha reflect on how healing begins when we stop pushing and start listening.
