  • Outside Eyes, Measures, Replicate
    Aug 20 2024

In this episode, we discuss the vital value of outside eyes on our ministry and how a consulting firm can assist in strengthening your discipleship, groups, and church ministries. Qualitatively, we discuss discipleship measurements. Instead of just asking disciples to do and do more, we ask the question, "What are they becoming?" Replicating groups is a non-negotiable. Replicate ministries help churches and ministries worldwide to activate a disciple-making movement.

Ryan James is the Groups Pastor at Long Hollow Church in Hendersonville, TN, and coaches ministry leaders through Replicate Ministries. With ten years of group ministry experience in churches ranging from 200-10000, he’s seen a wide-range of environments. He’s Louisiana-raised and Tennessee-planted, so obviously he likes food, coffee, and living it up in the great outdoors. He can be reached at ryan.james@longhollow.com.
