À propos de cet audio
In this episode of Beyond the Beach, I talk with Mireya Lara. Mireya was a student in my Business Strategy class in Spring 2017 and graduated from the College of Business with a dual concentration in Management and Supply Chain Management. Mireya now works as a senior business analyst at American Honda Finance.
Our conversation covers topics like the challenge of getting the most out of school as a full time young mom and first generation college student, the importance of reaching for the stars even when you doubt yourself, when dedication matters more than pedigree, and how the culture of a company like Honda, which places so much value on taking care of its people, motivates employees and breeds loyalty and trust.
