“Continuing in my usual state, blessed Jesus came for just a little and told me:
‘My daughter, when the creature does good, a light starts from her which goes to the Creator, and this light gives glory to the Creator of light, and embellishes the soul with a divine beauty.’
Then I saw the confessor taking the book written by me in order to read it, and together with him was Our Lord, saying:
‘My word is rain, and since the rain fecundates the earth, the sign to know whether what is written in this book is rain of my word, is that it is fecund word, which makes virtues germinate.’”
