Find a happier and healthier you with the Flex podcast. I chat about how my clients navigate all the trials of normal life whilst still becoming stronger and healthier. As someone who loves a busy social life as well as feeling like a fitness ninja, I know it feels to have to work to find that balance. We cover nutrition, workouts, general lifestyle tips and everything in between.

Oh and I've got scoliosis & I'm gluten-free so occasionally I might talk about that too.
