A Volunteer grassroots coach is a difficult role, especially after taking over a team straight after lockdown. Today’s guest is Chris Marshall, a parent coach from Bromborough & Eastham Football club. Chris was part of a group of parent coaches who started coaching new under 7’s teams, having been thrown into the chaos that is grassroots football we talked about his role, why he wanted to be involved and his ambitions as a grassroots coach.
