The term Hygge; pronounced hyooguh, is a Danish term for slowing down and living a simpler life. In the midst of the rat race we desire to find contentment and peace of mind. In this episode I share how we can achieve such a life. The art of slowing down and finding rest takes effort, but it is well worth the time and work it takes to find it.
