Oliver Morgan is a Global Health Executive with over 25 years of experience in pandemic preparedness and response and strategic innovation. He has experience across a range of high-stakes global public health situations at country, regional, and global levels with the World Health Organization and the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Oliver has led work on pandemic preparedness, global health leadership, and innovation for surveillance systems, analytics, and public health decision-making.
