Hey everyone, welcome to the Megan May Podcast! I am your host, Megan May and I am so excited you are here! I am a wife, mom to 4, entrepreneur, small-town girl, people pleaser in rehab, faith follower, and just your average girl next door. Enough with the small talk, let’s dig deep. I am excited to share with you in this space real and imperfect episodes of marriage, mom life, relationships, faith, adoption and so much more! And more than anything I hope to inspire you to truly know how much you matter in this world. So grab a cozy spot, blanket, snack, or beverage of your choice and come exactly as you are, and let's get started!

  • What I would tell my younger self - Part 3
    Jul 15 2025

The other day, I got a text that completely caught me off guard. It was from the mom of a high school friend asking if we were having a twenty-year class reunion. TWENTY years?! I hadn’t even realized that much time had passed. So crazy!

That message sent me down memory lane, thinking about who I was at 18, what I cared about, and what I thought life would be like. And it got me wondering: if I could go back and talk to my teenage self, what would I say?

In this episode (and the few that follow), I’m sharing the top things I would tell my 18-year-old self. The lessons, reminders, and encouragement that I’ve learned along the way. I hope this little series inspires you to reflect on your own journey and maybe even think about what you’d say to the younger version of you.
