Tabitha has spent the last 15 years working in the fitness and nutrition industry specializing in working with active women. I hold a Master of Science in Nutrition & Human Performance, am a nationally certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and am an ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist and Perimenopause coach.

I believe deeply in the power of sustainable whole foods nutrition for helping women of every age and season of life to feel better than ever. I am on a mission to help women break free from diet culture and learn to fuel their bodies to be strong and resilient for life.

When I’m not coaching, educating, and supporting my incredible clients I can be found with a good book, at the gym, in the kitchen, or at one of my kids many sporting events and activities.

As a women’s focused Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, I am passionate about empowering women to achieve their health and fitness goals. With my certifications in Precision Nutrition, ISSA Personal Training, Girls Gone Strong Coaching, and almost 200-hour yoga and trauma yoga certified, I offer a holistic approach to wellness tailored to your needs.

I understand and have experienced the unique challenges many women face, from weight struggles to body dysmorphia, food allergies and autoimmune conditions. My mission is to create a safe and supportive space where you can thrive, build confidence, and transform your life.

I believe women are all unique and deserve custom fitness, nutrition and mindset support that fits their lifestyle.
