    Jul 12 2025
In this episode, I’m gonna be discussing what parts of the old version of yourself that you will bring with you on your journey of becoming the new version of you. There are many parts of the old version of you that will still be a part of you even when you become a new version of you. These particular things are actually a good thing because they will remind you of the past negative experiences that you’ve dealt with when it came to situations and people That have caused you pain, trauma, abuse, neglect, and more. So because you remember all of these things that have happened to you negatively, the reason that these old experiences we’ll stay with you, even when you become a new version of yourself, is because they will help you from making the same mistake you’ve made in your past. You’ll make better choices, decisions when it comes to the things you do and say. And your actions and behaviors will be better because of the new and better choices that you make that impact and affect your life.

  • Episode 26- Should You Base Who You Are Based On You Or What Others Think Of You_
    Jun 12 2025
In this episode, I will be talking about should You Base Who You Are Based On You Or What Others Think Of You. there are a lot of people that based themselves on what other people think and say about them. These people are willing to lower themselves, proving themselves, changing who they are just to get accepted andapproval of these people. The sad part about it is these people ain’t gonna do nothing but just take advantage of it. Because they don’t really want these people in the first place. They just like to see these people jump through hoops just to be with them. A lot of people because of what they were willing to do to be loved, appreciated, valued, wanted, needed, accepted, validated, approved of, and being liked, they end up losing themselves. And then one day you don’t even recognize the person that you are. And you realize all of these things you did for these people didn’t mean nothing because they’re no longer in your life now. So the question is, is it really worth trying to base yourself on what other people think and say about you.

  • Episode 24 - The Old You Vs The New You Through Finding Your Way Out Of The Darkness To Light
    May 2 2025
In this episode, I’m gonna be discussing how to overcome the darkness in your life in order to get to the light to become the new version of yourself. There are a lot of people that are stuck in darkness and don’t know how to get out to the light. A lot of people are basing themselves on what other people think about them, and allowing people to lower them in order to lift other people up. A lot of people have given up their blessings because they don’t think they deserve their blessings. And there are a lot of people that are willing to be bending over backwards for people that will never do the same for them. People that are trying to be part of groups and being in relationships with people that told them they weren’t interested, and yet they continued to pursue them anyway. but the question is why are we doing this to ourselves? Why are we trying to be a part of groups and being in relationship with people that don’t want us in the first place? Why can’t we see that we are the prize, and that we are good enough and worthy of being happy and having somebody in our lives, versus people telling you all the time that you’re not good enough? and this episode is all about me explaining the importance of people learning to stop allowing people to pull you into darkness, and remaining in the light where you belong.
