Should you find that you are in financial trouble and are struggling to pay your mortgage, he recommends getting the process started early.     Rich reviews the numbers for the market. Interest rates remain at about 6% after the feds recently dropped the rate. Median home prices are around $800 thousand and there still isn’t much inventory.
