    Had a great time with friend, athlete & competitor Margaret Mauch. She has completed Boston Marathon, Paris , Newport as well as a history of CrossFit, and Strongman lifts.


    Margaret drops some outstanding knowledge bombs on fitness, consistency, nutrition, and "finding your groove".
