Lou Kerner launched Crypto Mondays on January 8, 2018 — the exact day the crypto market hit its peak. He came in as a Wall Street analyst two months removed from his divorce and a federal seizure of all his assets. Today there are 67 active chapters across 23 countries. The one rule: you're not allowed to email Lou and ask permission to do something.

Lou walks us through his framework for community: an ecosystem where everyone gets more out than they put in. The bigger the gap between what it costs to create and what members receive — what he calls the value delta — the bigger a community can scale. He also shares why he updated his Bitcoin $1M price target just yesterday, and why he now believes AI agents will be what finally brings Bitcoin to the masses.

Will gives a read on Bitcoin's bounce — standard TA bullish breakout from deeply oversold levels, not necessarily the end of the bear market. He also unpacks what ETF inflows actually mean (and don't mean) for spot price. Alex fields the CLARITY Act question directly: yes, banks are holding it up, Congress is letting them air grievances, and the reason is money.

Alex then breaks down staking — bear markets are for it, Jito is the move for SOL, and liquid staking beats native because it keeps your assets working in DeFi too. Before the show closes, Evan runs two scam PSAs: the fake "Web3 wallet upgrade" targeting XRP and ISO communities, and the crypto recovery scam where the person who stole your funds contacts you pretending to be customer service.
