  • 180: The KEY to showing up when you do not want too
    Oct 11 2022

Woke up and just not feeling it? Then this week's episode is for you! Allow me to invite you on a journey where the words comfortable and easy are short term friends, but LONG TERM enemies. The key to showing up is not how you feel, but rather a matter of fact. Instead of saying "I feel like showing up today" try saying " I showed up today because today is today". There is a fundamental difference here.

I unpack this on this episode and please if there is a day where you are just not feeling it, turn this episode on and use it as a friendly reminder.

    Much love,
