  • Grieving the family you didn't get - Low effort family dynamic.
    Mar 4 2026

In this episode, I open up about low-effort family dynamics, attachment wounds, and the grief of accepting that some people simply don’t have the capacity to show up the way we need.

We explore boundaries, minimal contact vs no contact, nervous system healing, and what it really means to let go of “maybe this time.”

If you’ve ever felt unseen, unchosen, or emotionally alone in your family, you’re not crazy for wanting effort and reciprocity.

  • When Doing Everything “Right” Still Isn’t Enough
    Feb 23 2026

In this episode, I talk honestly about the moment when doing everything “right” still wasn’t enough. After years of sobriety, nervous‑system work, therapy, movement, meditation, breathwork — all the things we’re told will save us — I found myself overwhelmed, anxious, exhausted, and unable to cope. And the shame of that was heavy. Because the internet is full of people telling us how to fix ourselves, and when those tools stop working, it’s easy to believe we’re the problem.

But the truth is more human, and more systemic.

I explore why healing isn’t meant to be a solo project, why chronic stress shrinks our capacity, and why sometimes the nervous system needs more support than practices alone can offer. I talk about the courage it takes to stop doing everything alone, the grief of reaching your limit, and the relief of finally letting yourself receive help.

This isn’t a story about failure — it’s a story about being human in a world that asks too much. It’s about capacity, compassion, and the reality that needing support doesn’t make you weak. It makes you alive.

  • When Nowhere Feels Like Home
    Feb 9 2026

For most of my life, I’ve moved from place to place searching for the one that would finally feel right. But no matter where I lived, I found fault, felt restless, and idealised the past.

In this episode, I explore chronic dissatisfaction as a coping mechanism, the shame that comes with it, and the nervous system patterns that make everything feel “off.”

I share how I’ve been learning to make peace with where I am — not through forced gratitude, but through softening, presence, and co‑regulation.

And how, when I stopped fighting my environment, it started meeting me in unexpected ways.
