À propos de cet audio
We often get so caught up in the "doing" i.e. all of the things that we busy ourselves with in life, that we rarely stop to ask ourselves, "why?" Should I have done things this way or that way? This way of thinking gets us stuck in the past. We second guess ourselves based on the "should factor" whether imposed on ourselves or the pressure we may encounter from others. It's important to ask ourselves, "Why am I following a particular path?" Or why did I respond in the way that I did to a given situation? If we ask ourselves these questions we honor our inner personal journey of understanding what aligns with our true self. This helps us move beyond the "should factor" to the inner peace of knowing that we are putting our best efforts into each action we take and reminds us that we are enough.
