À propos de cet audio

Hello and thank you for coming! I'd like you all to know a little about me. My name is Rashad Woods, the creator of The T.R.O.N. Podcast, The Randomness of Nothing. I decided to dive into the world of podcasting because I am always seeking answers to the world around me. Often times, I'll dive deep into for hours on the internet or a documentary just to find out interesting information. I decided to call this podcast the randomness of nothing, because well, random thoughts of interest fill my days! I love to learn about new things, how they work, how they were made or what people do for a living and why. Folks frequently tell me in casual conversations about all the random weird things I seem to know about, and yeah, I'm kind of a geek when it comes to that! It came to me to take that interest to the next level by talking to subject matter experts in topics that interest me! I hope you become a dedicated listener to the podcast! In my free time, I work out, watch movies and practice martial arts. I have a black belt in Tang Soo Do, a brown belt in Taekwondo and currently practice Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai. Let's dive in and take the trip into randomness together!© 2025 Gestion et leadership Économie

  • Christopher Dundy- Former Marine turned E-Learning titan
    Dec 11 2025

Christopher Dundy is the founder and CEO of Flagship LMS, a full-service Moodle hosting and administration company. With over 18 years in the e-learning industry, he has led the design and launch of more than 1,000 custom online training courses. A former U.S. Marine officer, Christopher brings a systems-driven, no-nonsense approach to business and training operations.

His mission is to help organizations stop wasting money on bloated in-house training departments. He believes that companies should focus on managing training—not building it—and that outsourcing course design and LMS operations is not only more cost-effective, but also smarter, faster, and more scalable.

Christopher frequently speaks on creating lean, strategic training teams that survive budget cuts, spotting bad LMS vendors, structuring LMS governance, and using training to drive measurable performance rather than just checking boxes.

    Topics he often addresses include:

Stop building your training—start managing it

Why in-house instructional design is often a waste of money

The hidden costs of bad LMS vendors and how to spot them

What great LMS governance looks like and why it matters

From chaos to clarity: using checklists and Kaizen in training operations

Why your LMS should support the entire employee lifecycle

The real ROI of outsourcing: performance, not just savings

Common misconceptions organizations have about online training

Why authoring tools like Captivate and Storyline may be hurting your training—and what to use instead
