The eight habits of the Ray framework (nurturing attitude, responsibility, dependability, friendship, brotherhood/sisterhood, high expectations, courage, hope) provide a practical way to live out the principles of respect, affirmation, and inclusion. Balancing personal beliefs and creating inclusive spaces for diverse communities is an ongoing challenge, which Jimmy Hart addresses by making the RAI principles a daily practice in his personal life.
