Hello hello hello and welcome back to another episode of The Unhinged Smut Book Club, a podcast where besties Morgan and Stevie discuss the most unhinged smut the publishing world has to offer! It’s Morgan’s birthday month (you BETTER say “Happy Birthday” in the comments!! 👊) so we couldn’t let the month pass without reading the newest release by one of her favorite authors. • Themes/genres: Mate is a riotous, fast paced Omegaverse-ish romantic comedy full of political intrigue and paranormal overlaps set in the real world. Sprinkle in some snark, forced proximity, and a “no touching” rule, and this book will have you laughing, blushing, kicking your feet, and punching the air (patriarchy seems to exist everywhere..)
