À propos de cet audio

The Voice of Families in Addiction is a forum designed to bring the pieces of a family’s journey with substance use disorders, it known issues, challenges, and obstacles into focus. This podcast will present the key issues that are likely to present to the family during their journey. We have taken content and resource information from clinical articles, SAMHSA, NIH, ASAM, Professional Journals, Empirically proven practices and boiled it down for the family to digest and then use. None of the information presented in these podcasts is ours, it is sources from proven review and tested content. Our goal is to give these issues a life to be understood and prepared in advance of them being presented. We know what these families will experience, none of their journeys is a mystery, we know what the issues are, now the family will know and be able to get ready for what is likely to come next. Knowledge is empowerment and an empowered family is unstoppable. In this war on our families, (the drug epidemic), America will need unstoppable families. Their knowledge will become a sword and shield.
