Making sure I'm setting myself up with the best chance of success.

And avoiding the common trap that causes most people to fail.

Finding leaders - the goal of almost every Network Marketer.

They provide energy, excitement and momentum to your team.

And they help you reach that promised land of 'Residual Income'.

But they also come with their challenges.

And there's one mindset switch we must make.

Otherwise, it's easy to get frustrated and want to quit.

Last week I did a Live training, covering the 4 daily activities that build your business.

The Fortune 4 as I like to call them.

And activity number 1: adding new people - is always the biggest challenge for people.

And training how to do it in Facebook Groups is always the best feedback I hear at the end of trainings.

So I wanted to share the mindset and process in here for you as well.

So you can constantly add new people to your audience.

Without getting kicked out of blocked from groups.

The very best thing we can give someone is hope.

Hope of better health, glowing skin, more holidays, a bigger bank account.

Network Marketing is an industry of hope.

But it's also very easy for hope to turn into hype.

And once we start trying to sell hype - things unravel very quickly.

Which is why we need to remove this one word from our language.

Because it will only fill your team with lazy & entitled people.

And actively turn away the leaders you're chasing.

A question I get asked a lot:

What's the best way to build my business?

Which social media platform is the best?

Should I lead with products or business?

Are you direct with your connections?

Or do you like to get to know people first?
