 This sermon was preached at Crosswater Community Church in Sultan, WA on 11/10/24 Gods grace not only saves us but also shapes us into His holy people, impacting every area of our lives. In Colossians, we see how being united with Christ means letting His holiness guide our everyday lives (Be holy as I am holy), reflecting His character, and allowing His transformative grace to change our relationships, values, and actions. By embracing our identity in Christ, we become wholly holy, embodying His grace in a world that desperately needs to see it. Focus. Focus. Focus. Colossians 3 reminds us to focus on "things above". We are in CHRIST and thus have the power to live like HIM as we are Transformed by Grace. Our focus on JESUS and HIS kingdom allows us to do "everything in the name of the LORD JESUS".
