    Episode 42 of Tides of Lore follows the storm-tossed path of Kurdran Wildhammer. Once a hero who slew dragons and defended Azeroth at the Dark Portal, Kurdran now faces a different battlefield: the political chamber of the Council of the Three Hammers.

    We trace his journey from Outland’s shattered skies back to Aerie Peak, where the bond with his gryphon, Sky’ree, defined both his freedom and his fate. Yet in Ironforge, Kurdran finds himself ensnared, by stone, by rumor, and by a council divided between Muradin Bronzebeard, Moira Thaurissan, and the ghosts of the War of the Three Hammers.

    The reforging of Modimus Anvilmar’s hammer promises unity, but beneath the mountain lies only suspicion, lies, and the avalanche of old grudges. From fiery brawls in the gryphon roost to whispered conspiracies of forged parchments, Kurdran must decide whether peace is worth the price of sacrifice.

    What is the true cost of unity? And when lies are forged into truth, can a people endure without shattering again?
