If you're ready to put down the reels and say “yes” to growing a personal relationship with God, you’re in the right place!

Hey, I’m Chloe. A Bible lover, ex Netflix and social media addict, and your biggest cheerleader when it comes to finding phone freedom and hearing the Holy Spirit. I spent much of my 20s numbing with social media and TV shows only to feel more and more insecure. I began to question my calling and purpose and to feel distant from God. I desperately wanted to hear His voice for myself, but I didn’t know how to get there. I finally realized, through an incredible slap-you-up-side-the-head sermon and some God-breathed revelation, that it is absolutely possible to break free from screens and to build sharp discernment of God’s voice. A few simple life habits and key insights took me from being confused on what I was hearing and feeling distracted from listening, to feeling free from my phone’s hold and knowing confidently that I could hear the Holy Spirit. And, I am excited to share these things with you!

If you’re ready to finally be free from social media’s hold and to grow in hearing the Holy Spirit, with methods that are tangible, and not just fluffy, inspirational words, and with insight that you can implement into your life today — this podcast is for you. Let’s tune out the world, and tune into the Holy Spirit.

  • 57 | Anxious About Not Hearing the Holy Spirit? 4 Scriptures for Biblical Encouragement
    Feb 26 2026

"I sit down and ask the Lord questions, and I don't hear anything!" Does this sound like you?

I've talked with so many young adult women who get so discouraged when they try to hear the Holy Spirit and get nothing. You've come to a place of stillness, carved out time in their quiet time to hear God's voice... maybe you have something really specific that you really need an answer from the Lord on. And, nothing! Girl, I totally feel you. This can be such a source of anxiety and discouragement, but! It doesn't have to be, and it's not meant to be!

Let's get into the Word of God!

In today's episode, I'll share with you four beautiful Bible verses (that you could even take to turn into a Bible study or use as Bible study tools for your own word study) that will bring you Biblical encouragement today. Here's the spoiler! You aren't carrying the burden of discerning God's voice on your own! You have divine help from above! Praise God!

So let's throw off the doubts, plunge back into our daily prayer life without hesitation or discouragement, trusting God hears us, and let's tune into the Holy Spirit!

  • 56 | "Just Tell Me What to Do!" Do THIS When Hearing Holy Spirit is Difficult
    Feb 19 2026

Our 20s our filled with BIG questions. "Should I take this job?" "Is he my future husband?" "Should I move to this new city?" "Will this person be a good roommate?" There's a lot that we want God to speak into.

Today, we're talking about the difficult side of asking God questions: waiting on His timing for answers. I want to share on this topic because this is something that no body talked to me about in my 20s. I made choices in my 20s that wounded my discernment and my relationship with God in a lot of ways. I want to help you avoid those things.

So, I'm spilling the tea. We are getting into it. Using "Is this guy my husband?" as the examples for today, I want to share where we can get into trouble when we are asking God to speak into our lives. And, spoiler alert, the issue isn't that we're asking. (That's the good part!)

And, we do, this episode goes into God's Word and is full of Biblical encouragement, because Scripture has something beautiful to say to us!

If you want to grow in trusting God, hearing the Holy Spirit, and for your faith to be built up in your daily prayer life (instead of feeling anxious) this episode is for you. Let's tune out the world, and tune into the Holy Spirit.

  • 55 | Is Your Phone Destroying Your Faith Walk? 3 Fun Ways to Stop Doomscrolling
    Feb 12 2026

Our phones give us so much access to fun and entertainment until suddenly those things that brought us smiles start sucking the life out of us.

I remember so many times coming home from work and thinking that scrolling on social media would be a fun distraction after a day of working, only to find that being distracted didn't actually help me decompress like I thought it would. Often, all that time of social media actually made me feel more depressed, more anxious, or just more drained.

In today's episode, we will explore 3 ways that you can break the cycles of doomscrolling -- and, in ways that are fun and not legalistic. We may not always see how time on our phone affects our faith, but the little distractions and vises can get their grubby tentacles all over our ability to discern God's voice.

If you want to grow in trusting God, grow in daily prayer, and to build up a beautiful quiet time, this episode is for you. Let's tune out the world, and tune into the Holy Spirit.
