    Dean James interviews Anthony Palacin about his experiences of having a psychotic episode and ending up sectioned in a psychiatric ward. Anthony speaks unashamedly about his psychosis, trauma and addictive tendencies. Having now educated himself and explored all the root causes, Anthony and Dean discuss coping with deep-rooted trauma, breaking bad habits, forming good habits and managing mental health on a daily basis. Anthony's journey of healing has led him to slowly reduce his medication and ultimately trialling living life without prescription drugs. He is now using all of his experience and knowledge to coach people, helping them achieve happier, healthier lives, and increased productivity by accessing flow-states.
