Oh, also, the superb author and journalist Peter Ames Carlin dropped by to talk about his brilliant book, "The name of this band is R.E.M." which Kev devoured ahead of jumping into this season. We chat about Peter's musical background, why he wanted to write about this band in particular, lots (of course) about the band themselves and a little bit o' The Boss, who's the subject of his most recent work.
But will Kevin flub the intro and will he force Peter to play any ridiculous games before he signs off?
