Being a caretaker is overrated.

If it’s not genuinely coming from our hearts and we’re expecting things in return then introspection is encouraged.

Sometimes we do things out of validation until we know it’s not the thing to do.

We can care within our capacity, that’s being fair to ourselves and the people we love ❤️

Whatever we’re not willing to do can be done through the efforts of others and God at the core.

Let’s disappoint people without taking it personal. As long as we care for people, we don’t have to take on more if we truly can’t or don’t want to.

A higher power is there for everyone 💋 That’s true faith.

From messy breakups to toxic family dynamics...

From confusing job spaces to fake friendships...

Life can teach us a thing or two, right?

It's up to us to answer the call -- but which voice are you going to listen to?

The intuition is there my loves. We just deserve to know the difference between our soul and our egos.

We can make friends with our egos if we choose to be kind to ourselves more and more every single day. Mastering self love is a wonderful ride, although sometimes painful.

I have faith that a bunch of you are going to wake up this Winter Solstice. You're never alone. Your guardian angels and spirit guides are cheering you on. Step into your power. Collectively, we got this!

Not everyone is going to love you the way that you love yourself and that is ok my darling. Some people will love you a bit better than you love yourself and some won't love you as great. How do you define the love for yourself? God wants the best for you. The question is, are you receptive to that type of love? Are you receptive to vibrating higher?

Being honest with ourselves will reveal the answer. Actions vs words. Pay attention kings and queens.

Choose yourself boo! All the time, not just sometimes.

Did you know you can jump timelines?

That heart space, that soul, that desire to ascend is beautiful!

If you’re wondering what your soul wants, listen out for that small still voice in your heart. It can only tell you the truth.

If it’s not coming from unconditional love, abundance, health, and true authenticity, then it’s not light.

We have the power to transcend darkness by showing up with healthy boundaries and love.

Freedom is the ultimate wealth and nothing can compare. What does your soul want darling?

When we do things with good intentions, the message can have a better chance. It’s up to the receiver — do they want to be open to the message or closed off? That’s not in our control. Ask God, “What can I say that would be helpful?”

Be a messenger of light and love.

We’re all learning how to deliver messages with more compassion and empathy.

But when our projections come out and our criticism comes out, let’s check ourselves and love the process to the best of our ability. Let’s open up our throat chakras and be honest instead of coddling others.

Communication is beautiful. There’s light behind the dark — we just need to see it. And we deserve to transcend anything that’s a low vibe.

Let’s look at the shadowy parts of our communication style and give ourselves credit for trying to speak with love and realness.

How have you been feeling these last few days?

Haha! I've been up and down in a good way -- even with all the pain and ego death.

Smiles, laughter, crying, and screaming basically sums it up for me.

This transformation has rocked my world...seriously.

And it continues to...

I wanted to share some downloads I got from the Universe/God during this time.

With that lens, let’s look at boundaries. We often hear people say that boundaries are needed in order for any relationship to work. Boundaries are crucial in fact; I agree!

I’ve learned that boundaries shouldn’t feel flimsy. If I don’t respect myself, who would take me seriously? If I don’t respect someone else’s boundaries, how can I love them fully?

I don’t have to be this vampire…sucking up everyone’s empathy and vice versa. People pleasing and control are not the way. That comes from conditioning.

When I checked my ego and healed from many things, I realized that people have the freedom to respect my boundaries or not. And I also realized that I have the freedom to distance myself from people in order to honor my peace.

As we awaken and evolve, let’s look at our boundaries and determine if it’s coming from an ego space or a heart space; a painful, traumatic and past mistake, or a high vibe place. Not everything is so black and white. But we have the power to see the grey and to ask ourselves, honestly, am I empathetic in a healthy way? Or am I giving too much grace for people who just don’t get it? Am I abandoning myself to meet the needs of others? Is there reciprocity? Are people willing to see the heart in me like how I see the heart in them?

Your sense of safety is important. My sense of safety is important.

Give grace and love as you stand on your square, firmly.
