Alex and Karen get a rundown of the different jewelry-making processes and dive even further into Marysia and Michael’s own processes for creating their beautiful works, from their sources of inspiration to the craftsmanship that goes into every piece. In addition to speaking about the creative side of their work, they get into the nitty-gritty details of running and growing a business, how their work and partnership has grown and evolved over time, and where they see it going from here. They also share their personal tastes in both jewelry and fashion, and discuss the power that can come from wearing the right pieces.

Alex and Karen welcome back Chris Johnson, their first returning interviewee (S1, E5), and his writing partner Carson Rekert to talk about their current collaboration on a horror movie screenplay, as well as their many experiences together as friends, coworkers, and roommates.
