Peter Mann has a Ph.D. in Modern European History and is a recipient of the Whiting Dissertation Fellowship. He teaches history and literature at Stanford and the University of San Francisco, and he’s also a graphic artist. Peter regularly creates and publishes “The Quixote Syndrome” comic strip.
