À propos de cet audio

Our trauma is unique; however, our story is universal. The more we share our stories the more we help. A raw, real, and unapologetic look into the mental battles faced by first responders and veterans. Hosted by a U.S. Army veteran and active law enforcement officer, this podcast dives deep into trauma, emotional suppression, and the weight we silently carry. It’s not therapy—it’s truth. Real stories, courageous conversations, and tools to fight back against the darkness. For the ones still in the fight—you’re not alone.Warrior Within (FRMH) First Responder Mental Health Hygiène et mode de vie sain Psychologie Psychologie et santé mentale

  • Impending Doom......That feeling of losing it all
    Aug 2 2025

Hey everybody, welcome back to Warrior Within. Hope everybody is surviving this heat, doing well. I know it's not the sixth, usually you try to put them out on the sixth, but...

trips and rides kind of and things of that nature got me wanting to put it out a little earlier. So, it's scheduled to drop. I hope that you're sharing these and tagging your friends or loved ones or coworkers. Because every time we share, it's getting the word out. I need your help to break the stigma around this mental health.

I'm fairly confident that we can all relate to somebody who or we know somebody who suffering or who shows signs and not everybody is going to have PTSD. Not everybody is going to have CPTSD, anxiety, depression. I'm not trying to put my diagnosis onto else. I'm just trying to bring light to a subject that has been hidden for a very long time.
