Since we are in Q4 (how is that possible?!), we thought it would be a good idea to re-release Episode 1 from this season on HR trends for 2025. This way, you can check in and see how your organization is doing and what changes you might want to recommend for 2026. Are you seeing any skills gaps looming? How is your employee culture? Have you implemented a financial wellness program for your employees? If you have done one or more of these things, great! Have you tracked the metrics?
