Hello everyone, my name is Alexx and I’m here to show you new ways to change your perspective on energy and the Ego. I have been teaching in the Eastern Healing space for over 15 years, and I am a certified Master Herbalist, 500-hour certified Yoga instructor, certified energy healer, chakra cleanser, Reiki master, and cacao ceremony facilitator. You may have seen my YouTube channel We Are The Same, read my book “The Soul Family: a Guide to Karmic relationships, Soulmates, Soul Tribes, and Twin Flames,” or you may know me from the term Ego Degradation, which I created to explain what’s happening whilst you believing you’re having a Spiritual Awakening. I also have a new book entitled “Ego Degradation: Pulling Back the Veil of Illusion to See Your Mind’s Programming” coming out in July, 2026.
Though I of course love helping those of you through your Soul Family journeys, the real passion my Ego has is aiding you in your Ego’s own journeys, bridging science and spirituality, philosophy and psychology, to give you a full picture of how your Ego functions on this 3D plane of existence, and how to find non-attachment to dualistic concepts we humans create. These podcast episodes will never be too long, generally under fifteen minutes, giving you a quick weekly dose of new perspectives so that your Ego may learn lessons, heal traumas, and remind you that you are truly, the universe manifested in physical form.
