    Episode 117: Hi guys!!! I can’t believe I’m saying that this is the last episode of Wellness Her Way for a bit. I’m pressing pause on the show and in this episode I explain what’s been on my heart lately. I took a trip down memory lane to recap how it all started and all of the amazing things this show has brought into my life. This has been on my heart for a while now and thus was one of the toughest- yet one of my favorite episodes I’ve recorded. I think I’ve been needing a different way to connect with you guys that will still bring you just as much value- so we will still be spending time together on a weekly basis, just on Youtube instead. I can’t wait to cook together, meal prep, workout, and just live daily life together. This is a change I feel like you guys are going to love to! So it’s not goodbye- just carrying everything over to Youtube so I can give you visuals for all the habits/ things I discuss on the podcast.
