For many generations, these whimsical creatures have stayed hidden from the frightening inhabitants of the outside world who, from time to time, come to steal their tasty fizzy orange juice-flavoured water. But when the Hoppybrook River bursts its banks in a sudden flood, the carrotrouts find themselves swept into every den in Acorn Grove, stirring up a whirl of unexpected adventures.
