The terms "malignant narcissist" and "sociopath" are used quite often in today's society, but what do those terms really mean? What would make someone specifically a "malignant" narcissist, or.a "sociopath, and what does that look like/how does it manifest? Although neither term is a true clinical term in the DSM, a malignant narcissist and/or sociopath is someone who has been diagnosed with both Narcissistic Personality Disorder and Antisocial Personality.
