Hello, my love — welcome back to Create The Flow. Today, I want to have an honest conversation about the difference between external wellness and internal wellness.

As someone who owns a wellness brand and lives and breathes this space, my social feed is constantly filled with new wellness trends — diets, detoxes, workouts, supplements — and while I love learning about health, I’ve noticed how often we prioritize how we look over how we feel.

In my twenties, I cared about my outer appearance. In my thirties, I focused on my emotional well-being. Now, in my forties, I’m learning that true radiance is an inside job. Healing the nervous system, balancing hormones, and nourishing the body from within is what allows us to truly glow on the outside.
