À propos de cet audio

In Episode 1 of this series on the Patristic Period & the Councils, my good friend, Christopher McCormick, joins me to begin talking about the importance of Constantine in Christianity, the atmosphere leading up to his emperorship, and the inception of the Nicene council. We found that a lot of information needed to be revisited and talked about further, therefore, this episode is going to be broken into two parts. The next will consist of discussion concerning the theological and ecclesiological atmosphere leading up to the Nicene Council, during it, and hopefully, how it led to the next council, the First Constantinople Council.
