Kiri talks about how she uses brown rice pasta, red lentil and green pasta to make a colourful meal and the kids don’t even notice! No wonder they have toooooo much energy! Wholegrains can keep us fuller for longer and this slow digestion could result in a lower increase in blood sugar and gives us energy all day, not just after a meal due to the slow release carbs!
