We believe this is the first ever podcast about the topic of BENCHES, and it is a subject that will almost certainly not be repeated. Jake and Henning look at benches and their many uses, but no one was prepared for the rather dark turn this podcast takes around three quarters in.

This episode replaces the previously adverted episode about AGING because Henning didn't like that one. But don't worry fans of aging, that episode has been re-recorded and will be 'coming soon' ...

Jake & Henning are back to take on the subject of 'Globes' and we learn a lot in what is being hailed as "the best episode of WoodWehn in the Membrane so far" by some of the greatest producers in audio and radio. We learn the Jake owns a large part of Saturn and of a time travel mix-up down under, and that Henning has very little to offer when Jake enquires about gravity. Yes, Globes! Whether planets, theatres or golden film awards, we have them partially covered.

Jake is applying for French citizenship so knee-deep in paperwork, but not too bust to spend 25 minutes talking to Henning about Mountains. The German Comedy Ambassador and former ski tour guide is surprisingly knowledgable about mountains, although he was responsible for the off piste near death of several Germans, but we can look back on it now and have a good laugh.

Henning also makes a decent stab at answering Jake's question "What is the best thing to do if you get caught in an avalanche?" and there is a brief tour, with mountain heights, of the Lake District from the back-on-Eastenders star.
