Today we talk with Dr. Erin Kinavey Wennerstrom, Executive Director of the Oregon Infant Mental Health Association, about burnout, well-being, and other topics that are hard to measure but so critical if we want to support those who support our children.     About Dr. Wennerstrom

    Erin Kinavey Wennerstrom, Ph.D., NCC, LPC, IMH-E® has over 25 years of experience in early childhood development, specializing in early intervention, mental health, and special education. She has served in various roles, including Head Start coordinator, early intervention home visitor, program administrator, lecturer, and mental health clinician. Dr. Erin Kinavey Wennerstrom holds graduate training and certification in early intervention/early childhood special education (EI/ECSE)and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon.

    Erin is the Executive Director of the Oregon Infant Mental Health Association (ORIMHA), where she advocates for policies and practices that support the emotional well-being of young children and families across Oregon. ORIMHA is the central entity in Oregon, supporting DELC to implement statewide access to Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation.
