Season 4 is upon us! Who would have guessed that would be a good thing for a podcast? Well apparently not us, until recently. The meat of this episode really starts with the BTs this week. A little bit anime, a little bit gaming. Obviously, elephant in the room that you're hearing about EVENTUALLY is the Switch 2. A lot of the conversation revolves around what's going on in gaming, and this is just a teaser. We don't even get to Summer Games Fest in this episode, but that'll be coming soon!To close, we hit the topic of movies. Starting with Thunderbolts* and all about that asterisk. Leads into overall Marvel MCU health check-in and the inevitable July battle where the James Gunn DCU enters the fray. We are about to have a very exciting summer! Can you believe it? ANOTHER LOOOOOONNNNNGGGGG EPISODE! Who could have seen it coming. We had planned on an episode that wouldn't be feature film length, but a mid-recording audible on the big titty segment, like when the fire nation attacked, changed everything.

We have our first special guest, Dragon's pimple. Really brought a lot of fresh ideas and opinions into the conversations about Vox Machina, Invincible Season 3, Superman and Krypto, Marvel Doomsday casting (so far), superheroes in general, and then finally the Switch 2. Invincible definitely dominates the conversation, and that's a good thing for us. Really shows how much that show has kept the high quality and expectations constant. Closing things out, the Switch 2 is a bit of a mixed bag. We have to talk tariffs, but that (and politics in general) is an ever-changing landscape, so some things have gotten better and some things have gotten worse in that regard. Things with the console are set in stone now, so tune in to see how close our predictions came.

The marvelous world of Marvel. We got a new movie in what felt like a REALLY long time, although it hasn't actually been 15 years in reality. Captain America: Brave New World. It's here, it's big, it's red, and it's got a Ford in it, Harrison Ford. What did we think of the movie? You'll hear all about it for at least 30 minutes this episode.
