"The Cthulhu Mythos" is a system of cosmic entities, forbidden books, and macabre locations created by the American author, H. P. Lovecraft. Our original 2018 Mythos collection was based on Lin Carter's Lovecraft: A Look Behind the Cthulhu Mythos, which defined a Mythos story as one that "presents a significant item of information about the background lore of the Mythos, thus contributing important information to a common body of lore."

The Music of Erich Zann is a horror short story by American author H. P. Lovecraft. Written in December 1921, it was first published in National Amateur, March 1922.
