I was a college history major just trying to graduate and live my life, but then I was kidnapped by a bunch of freaky cultists who tried to sacrifice me to their crazy moon god. Except they were the ones who ended up dying when I shifted into a killer werepanther. Now, I’ve been thrown into a secret paranormal world where my kind is the apex predator. I’m the most-wanted shifter in the entire world, and I’m going to have to fight tooth and claw to survive and mate.

When I got the call that my estranged grandfather had passed away and left me his trailer and a plot of land, I was just excited to own a little property and save some money by not having to pay rent. Then I found a strange cave in my backyard. It wasn’t a sinkhole, or a bunker, or a mineshaft….

Life was boring, and it was great. I was just your normal Beta werewolf with a 9-5 job, a wife waiting at home, and two young kids. Until, one night, my wife was killed during a territory dispute, and in my anger, I somehow transformed into an Alpha and therefore put a target on mine and my family’s back. But I have no interest in building a pack right now. I just want to settle down in a new city and be there for my babies. Even if shifter women have started paying waaaay more attention to me now…

Ever since I discovered that I can kill magical creatures, trap their souls in precious gems, and use them to cast spells of my own, I haven’t had a moment’s rest. I have to balance my academics with learning how to use my powers and capture more souls in more gems to grow my spell collection. All the while avoiding angry aristocrats, nosy professors, criminal mobsters, and evil dwarves bent on destroying the civilized kingdoms. Luckily, I have some handy magic, a super awesome foxgirl and the hottest elven girl in school by my side, so nothing can stop me.

Growing up, I feared I was going to be the only non-magical person in my family. Then I finally activated, but I didn’t turn into a charmer like my parents or brother. I turned a white tiger shifter. Unexpected, but at least I would be able to attend Meloria Academy, the magical institution my entire family graduated from.
