Katia Saab, née à Beyrouth, quitte le Liban à 16 ans pour fuir la guerre civile et s ›installer au Québec. Elle entame des études en journalisme en 1984, mais met ses ambitions en pause pour fonder une famille. En 2008, elle obtient un certificat en gestion d’entreprise et se distingue par 23 ans d’expérience en gestion des opérations. En 2013, elle est reconnue parmi les huit femmes influentes dans les services aux entreprises au Québec. Depuis sa retraite en 2021, elle se consacre à l’écriture et trouve refuge dans la poésie.
