Justice Ruth Bader Ginburg is for many a truly iconic Supreme Court Justice. This volume reviews some landmark cases, in which she was a key participant. Justice Ginsburg was a fierce advocate for sexual equality, and was the founding director of the Women's Rights Project at the ACLU including arguing cases before the Supreme Court on many occasions.

While many books have been written from the perspective of judges, lawyers and various law enforcement officers, none have been written by a black woman court reporter. What began as my wanting to share my experiences has become another cover lifted off of the unjust justice system under which we currently live. Consequently, I offer Recollections of a Black Court Reporter as a truth being told out of season.
