OCPD is the abbreviation for a group of mental symptoms that are collectively called obsessive compulsive personality disorder. Many people confuse OCPD with OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder). People can have both; however, OCPD is a pervasive condition that affects the person's entire life and all interactions.
