Many theologians, Bible scholars, and others have written commentaries on the Old Testament. And almost without exception, they have attempted to explain the intent and spiritual implications represented by the conflicting statements of the ancient writers without taking issue with the content itself. Huey Pierce Long Jr. (August 30, 1893-September 10, 1935), nicknamed "The Kingfish", was an American politician who served as the 40th governor of Louisiana from 1928 to 1932 and as a United States senator from 1932 until his assassination in 1935.
