Owena’s definitely interested, but she’s also distracted.

For Ef and his followers in City of England, it’s a kind of laboratory, a place to test Ef’s theories about how to give humanity a new way forward. For the founders of the Happiness-Program, awakened from stasis, the dome city is a prison where they are fed bizarre lies about the state of the world. For Iris, the dome city is the perfect opportunity to take revenge on the man who assaulted her, distorting his perception of reality until he cracks under the strain.

Bill and Sebastian don’t get along. Yes, they need to work together to solve the problems facing City of California… but Bill despises the Aussie in the top hat, and nothing will change his mind on that point. That wouldn’t be a problem if they just avoided each other. Unfortunately, Sebastian is Maria’s partner, and Maria is one of Bill’s best friends. Sebastian is also the greatest salesman the world has ever known, and he’s using that skill to build a sinister cult, completely obedient to his every whim.
